Front Sales Counter Representative - Milton Rents

Greet walk-in traffic in the showroom, answer incoming calls to initiate sales or route inquiries, and coordinate rentals with outside sales, shop, and warehouse personnel. Retain rental contracts at the front counter until equipment return and resolve outstanding issues to mutual satisfaction. Forward referrals and leads to the appropriate Outside Salesman, generate activity reports, and obtain customer information as requested by management. This role handles all inbound sales activity from various sources to ensure requests are processed professionally and timely.
