Front Sales Counter Representative - Milton Rents

Greet walk-in traffic in the showroom and answer incoming calls to initiate sales or route inquiries. Coordinate sales and rentals with outside sales, shop, and warehouse personnel while retaining rental contracts until equipment return. Resolve outstanding issues to mutual customer and company satisfaction, then forward all referrals and leads to the appropriate Outside Salesman. Generate activity reports and update customer information as requested by management. Requires two years of inside sales or customer service experience in equipment rental, working knowledge of construction rental equipment and materials, and excellent communication skills. Full-time role with a pay range of $18.00–$25.20 depending on experience.
