Job Summary
The Front Office and Workplace Executive greets employees and guests as the first point of contact at Reception, providing administrative support and ensuring operations align with client and JLL standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for maintenance and repairs, managing communications (calls and emails) with data security in mind, planning experiences and events within and beyond the office to foster community, administering sign-in/out procedures and visitor passes, assisting with meeting room bookings to ensure a delightful experience, monitoring and ordering office stationery, and supporting event logistics and AV setup. The role requires collaboration with facilities and security, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to delivering high-quality service within a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Prior front desk experience in fast-paced environment such as facilities, property management or hospitality
- Professional, friendly demeanor with confident communication at all organisation levels
- Meticulous attention to detail with passion for quality service delivery
- Collaborative team player committed to meeting shared objectives but can work independently as well
- Proactive problem solver capable of managing complex situations and competing priorities
