Job Summary
Front Office Tax Advisory at Vice President level based in London. Provide independent tax oversight and challenge for front-office trading desks across Global Markets and Investment Banking, including cross-border analysis of complex multi-jurisdictional transactions, participation in new product approvals and transaction committees, and governance oversight. Build relationships with stakeholders to balance commercial enablement with tax risk management; lead initiatives to enhance tax delivery, governance, and processes, and coordinate with global tax teams on regional and global initiatives. Bring professional tax, legal, or accounting qualification and strong communication skills to influence across levels and drive value for the organisation.
Required Qualifications
- Essential: Experience of financial services taxation; Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax and/or international tax; Professional tax, legal or accounting qualification; Proven ability to work independently; Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative; Strong commercial awareness and judgement; Strong communication skills.
