Job Summary
Supervise Front Desk operations and lead Front Desk Agents; coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, and other departments to meet guest needs; train and coach front office associates on service standards and procedures; monitor cash handling and ensure accurate processing of guest payments; assist with daily reporting, audits, and operational communications; respond promptly to guest questions and concerns, resolve issues, and drive guest satisfaction; maintain confidentiality of guest and company information; ensure personal appearance and uniform standards; manage shift coverage and maintain high service levels during a fast-paced guest journey.
Required Qualifications
- Previous hotel front desk, guest services, or hospitality supervisory experience preferred
- Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, positive, and service-oriented attitude
- Basic computer proficiency and cash-handling experience
- Available to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
