Job Summary
Supervises guest services team members to ensure efficient operations and high guest satisfaction. Trains, directs, coaches, and resolves issues for front desk staff to maintain quality service. Manages daily shift processes and ensures adherence to standard operating procedures. Handles customer issues promptly and professionally, builds relationships with other departments (especially housekeeping and reservations), and maintains responsibility for cash transactions in accordance with hotel policy. Required Qualifications
- Experience supervising or leading a guest services/front desk team preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage cash transactions and adhere to bank policies
- Familiarity with SOPs and hotel operations
- Ability to liaise with housekeeping and reservations departments
- Proven coaching and performance-management skills
