Front Office Supervisor responsibilities include assisting guests with check-in/check-out and throughout their stay, operating the hotel's electronic reservation system and related software to ensure seamless workflow, handling all financial transactions securely (credit cards and cash), anticipating guest needs to maximize experience, collaborating with team to maintain a hospitable and customer-focused environment, ensuring accurate reservation and payment processing, maintaining documentation (daily reports, checklists), and upholding hotel safety and emergency procedures.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience working in a front desk/receptionist type role
