Job Summary
Lead and supervise daily front desk operations, coach and support Guest Service Agents, resolve guest concerns with empathy, act as primary contact for escalated issues, monitor billing/reservations/room assignments, and coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, and F&B to meet guest needs. Uphold brand service standards, assist with scheduling and performance feedback, and represent hotel leadership during evenings, weekends, or holidays. Must be a confident, calm leader with strong communication skills, experience in front desk operations, and comfort with hotel systems; bilingual skills a plus; flexible schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year supervisory or senior guest service experience in front desk or hospitality operations
