Job Summary
Oversee front desk operations across front desk, guest service/PBX, concierge, and bell staff; manage reservations; handle guest inquiries and complaints; train staff; monitor performance; implement procedures to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction. Requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in hotel management software. Position pays $25.00 per hour with flexible scheduling including holidays, nights, overnights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in hotel leadership of front desk, concierge, customer service, or PBX preferred
