Job Summary
Front Office Supervisor responsible for handling guest check-ins, verifying identity and payment, issuing room keys, and ensuring accurate guest accounts, including Marriott Rewards data and rate accuracy. Reconcile payments, prepare cashier and closing reports, manage daily logs, balance cash, and handle bank drops. Lead and coach front desk staff, foster a positive team environment, ensure high-quality guest service, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Requires strong communication, POS proficiency, and adherence to safety and company policies; supports management in training and development of staff and coordinates with Security/Loss Prevention as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience
- Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience
