Job Summary
Front Office Supervisor responsible for leading the hotel front desk operations at Anantara The Marker Dublin, ensuring luxury service standards and consistent guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include liaising with BOA to ensure timely task completion, owning tasks in the supervisor’s absence, supporting guest recovery and satisfaction initiatives, implementing and maintaining customer recognition programs, greeting and engaging guests, monitoring KPIs via BI, handling complaints and disputes, supervising same-day upselling to maximize room revenue and occupancy, preparing and training on SOPs, and ensuring leadership presence and security across departments. The role requires ensuring LHQA targets are met, driving revenue growth and cost savings, participating in recruitment and performance reviews, managing rosters and attendance, leading monthly meetings, and maintaining an exceptional work environment aligned with Leading Hotels of the World standards.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in front office operations or hotel supervisory role
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Ability to manage guest relations and resolve issues
- Familiarity with KPIs and quality assurance targets
- Experience with upselling and revenue management
- Ability to train and develop team members
- Knowledge of SOPs and standards in luxury hospitality
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
