Job Summary
Front Office Supervisor at The Galt House Hotel responsible for a daily reservation count, using suggestive selling to upgrade room types and promote services, registering guests, staying up to date on room rates/packages/discounts, knowing room types and amenities, handling guest complaints, coordinating front office activities, performing front office agent duties, supervising and training front office staff, and maintaining a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent required
- Two or more years of experience in hospitality (preferred)
- Familiar with basic math and cash handling procedures
- Possess computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
