Job Summary
Oversee daily front desk operations and guest interactions, coordinate pre-stay communications with internal departments, dispatch guest requests to appropriate teams, manage reservations and check-in/check-out with confidence, respond to inquiries to ensure guest satisfaction, maintain knowledge of guest services and amenities, assist in scheduling for front desk personnel, understand the Property Management System, ensure accurate accounting and billing procedures, stay informed on availability and rates, assist in training Front Office staff, maintain strong interdepartmental communication, participate in the Manager on Duty program, and uphold safety and security procedures across the operation.
