Job Summary
Front Office Supervisor at Hilton Garden Inn Mount Laurel oversees daily front desk operations, supports front desk agents, handles check-in/check-out, resolves guest inquiries, assists in training and mentoring staff, ensures adherence to Hilton standards, reviews arrivals and VIPs, coordinates with housekeeping and other departments, manages room assignments and inventory, supports scheduling and cash handling, conducts daily audits, monitors guest satisfaction, and serves as Manager on Duty as needed. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree in Hospitality Management preferred
- Minimum of 1–2 years of hotel front desk experience required
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Experience with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) such as OnQ, Opera, or similar systems preferred
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
