Job Summary
Front Office Staff position responsible for greeting visitors, directing to appropriate contacts, maintaining tidy front desk with necessary materials, supervising and supporting reception, security, and call-center staff, ensuring timely and accurate customer service, handling patient interactions with professionalism and empathy, and troubleshooting emergencies. Requires familiarity with front office software, EHR systems, and MS Office (Excel/Word); strong interpersonal and organizational skills to support a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Highschool Graduate/ Diploma (D3) Degree from Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or any related major
- Familiarity with front office management software, electronic health records (EHR) systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to provide exceptional customer service and handle patient interactions
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances or unexpected challenges
