Job Summary
Front Office Specialist II / Medical Assistant at TC Urgent Care Vintage (part-time). Responsibilities include assembling and documenting patient data, obtaining vital signs and demographics, administering medications and immunizations, collecting specimens, performing laboratory tests, providing reception and billing support, and coordinating referrals. Requires HS diploma or equivalent, BLS certification, 2 years related experience, and preferred completion of a medical assisting or EMT program. Located in Houston, TX with on-site (in-person) duties in a fast-paced urgent-care setting; open seven days a week with daytime/evening hours. Foster collaborative clinical support and ensure accurate medical records and patient payments.
Required Qualifications
- Required H.S. Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred Graduation from a medical assisting or emergency medical technician program.
- Required BLS - Cert-Basic Life Support by the American Heart Association
- 2 years related experience
