Job Summary
Coordinate patient scheduling, greet visitors and patients, answer and direct calls, assist with check-in/check-out, coordinate referrals, enter accurate billing and claims, assess eligibility for referrals by verifying payer coverage, document eligibility in the electronic health record, schedule appointments, verify coverage before provider visits, monitor work queues and ensure EHR readiness, and perform respiratory fit testing as part of occupational health safety. Requires high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of related experience; on-site role in Houston, TX.
