Job Summary
Front Office Specialist responsible for being the first point of contact and delivering a world-class Total Patient Experience, while performing essential medical office administration, patient check-in/out, insurance authorizations, cash handling, and maintaining efficient patient flow in a clinical setting. Requires excellent customer service, phone etiquette, HIPAA compliance, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong communication skills to support physicians and staff.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year in a position interacting with customers/patients or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Favorable result on background check as required by state
- Must be able to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States
