Job Summary
Front Office Representative for the Royal Palm Beach location with travel to Belle Glade every other Monday. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting patients, and managing reception duties; preparing and reviewing standard registration forms, verifying information, and collecting patient co-pays. Ability to effectively manage a multi-line phone system, maintain strong attention to detail, and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced orthopedic clinic environment. Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with patients, staff, physicians, and visitors.
