Job Summary
Front Office Registrar at Snowflake Taylor Family Medicine Clinic – Full Time. Responsible for front office support including patient registration (pre-registration and registration into EHR), scheduling appointments, collecting co-pays/co-insurance/deductibles, and processing payments. Verifies insurance eligibility and benefits, coordinates authorizations, conducts data entry with high accuracy, greets patients, communicates delays and wait times, maintains patient records and facilitates communication between patients and clinics. Requires strong customer service, basic computer skills, and the ability to work under moderate to high volume with professionalism and confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Basic computer skills (required)
- Medical terminology (preferred)
- Knowledge of basic coding, i.e.: ICD-10-CM, CPT (preferred)
