Job Summary
Front Office Receptionist provides patient-facing front desk support in a healthcare setting. Responsibilities include greeting patients, updating information in the EHR, scheduling follow-up appointments, collecting co-pays, and educating patients about available CHCCW programs (Lab, Radiology, Pharmacy, Case Management, Behavioral Health, Family Medicine, Pediatrics, and Quick Care). Role involves verifying insurance, reviewing patient documents, registrations, and operating a multi-line phone system while ensuring a positive patient experience. Bilingual English/Spanish is an advantageous skill. Must handle confidential information with discretion, recognize medical emergencies, and assist providers as needed. Hours: Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm, 30 hours per week, with occasional Saturdays or evenings; substance abuse testing required.
