Job Summary
Entry-level Front Office Reception Coordinator, on-site in San Francisco, CA, reporting to the Chief of Staff. Primary duties include welcoming visitors, managing security and badging, maintaining the reception area, mailroom logistics, shipping/receiving, and providing administrative support to the Office Manager and Administration team. Fixed-term for 2–3 months with potential for conversion. Requires strong organizational skills, customer service orientation, discretion, and the ability to work a structured 8:00 AM–start schedule in a fast-paced startup setting; familiarity with G-Suite and Slack preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in general administrative duties, customer service, or hospitality
- Ability to learn software tools (G-Suite, Slack) and multitask in a fast-paced environment
