Job Summary
Offer professional, consistent, friendly, and engaging service to guests by providing accurate information about activities, dining, and travel arrangements. Serve as a liaison for guests by handling all aspects of hotel inquiries, making reservations, and managing special requests. Process external and internal calls by redirecting callers or directly assisting them, taking ownership of requests to ensure follow-up according to hotel standards while maintaining accurate records of guest interactions. Maintain knowledge of emergency procedures and ensure inter-departmental communication to support guest satisfaction. Work in a fast-paced, team-based environment requiring outstanding verbal communication skills, computer literacy, and the ability to perform under pressure. Full-time status employees receive subsidized onsite accommodations, one complimentary meal per shift, and access to the Mountain Explorer Travel Program. Start date is June 2026 with a starting rate of $20.33–$22.72.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess outstanding guest service skills, including professional verbal communication skills
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Must be able to consistently stand and walk throughout shift
- Must be available to work on holidays, weekends, overnights, and other non-day shifts
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar environment
- Experience using Property Manager System
- Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and Excel
- Proven ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Self-motivated, with the ability to make effective decisions
- Ability to maintain high service levels under pressure
