Job Summary
Conduct front desk operations during night shifts, monitor social spaces for lighting, sound, and temperature, and resolve guest complaints independently. Manage cash handling with 100% accuracy while administering shift procedures and ensuring compliance with Fire Training, Health & Safety, and Food Hygiene policies. Own the guest journey to create a unique experience, knowing the city's local venues, art, and music. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and eligibility to work in the EU. Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the EU
- Experience working within the hospitality/service industry
- Appropriate experience gained in all main tasks
- Ability to work quickly in a high-pressure & fast paced environment
- Solution orientated
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Be an excellent communicator
- Available to work when needed
