Job Summary
Front office Med Spa Sales Receptionist role handling front desk operations, patient engagement, scheduling, payments, and sales education. Responsibilities include greeting/checking in/out patients, managing high patient and call volume, scheduling/adjusting appointments, educating patients on services, processing payments and handling billing inquiries, tracking inventory, coordinating with vendors, and supporting providers and business owner with daily operational tasks. Requires experience in med spa/front desk or healthcare/customer service, strong communication, ability to manage multiple tasks, proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, and a sales-minded approach to educating patients on services. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Med spa front desk, administrative, or customer service role (healthcare/medical preferred)
- Enjoys Sales and educating patients
- Ability to handle high call and patient flow volume with composure and efficiency
- Strong multitasking, organizational, effective problem-solving, & conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively problem solve
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets scheduling systems, and general office software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Positive, proactive attitude with strong customer service skills and conflict resolution abilities
