Job Summary
Oversees Front Office operations at a major resort, leading staff to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain brand standards. Responsibilities include providing daily leadership and coaching to the Front Office team, interviewing and training staff, managing payroll and scheduling, analyzing lodging financials and labor reports, ensuring adherence to budgets, coordinating meetings, and escalating guest or operational concerns as needed. Maintains brand standards, supports emergency procedures, and facilitates coordination between executives, department leaders, and line staff. Requires a minimum of 3 years of hospitality leadership, supervisory experience, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and availability on weekends/holidays. Starting wage range is $68,000 to $77,126.78 plus annual bonus; year-round employment with full-time shift options and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of Front Office, guest service, or hospitality leadership experience at a property of similar size and service level — Required
- Previous supervisory or management experience within hospitality operations — Required
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License with clean driving record and ability to pass a Vail Resorts Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check — Required
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds — Required
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time — Required
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings based on business needs — Required
- Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills — Required
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment —Required
