Job Summary
Lead front office and housekeeping teams at Toowoomba Caravan Park to deliver guest experiences; oversee reservations, arrivals and departures, and manage guest enquiries. Responsible for cash handling, data entry, rostering and payroll support, and coordinating reports and supplies. Assist the Park Manager with staff rostering, reporting, and policy implementation; ensure high standards of reception, guest services, and facilities, and maintain WHS compliance. Strong leadership, hospitality knowledge, RMS/booking system proficiency, and a customer-first communication approach are essential to delivering exceptional guest experiences in a busy holiday park environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar hospitality, tourism or accommodation role (holiday parks, hotels, resorts, or similar)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to support, train and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Strong computer literacy with booking/reservation systems and administrative processes
- Experience with RMS or similar booking systems is highly regarded
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A flexible, hands-on attitude and willingness to assist across different areas of the business when required
- A commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences and maintaining high operational standards
