Job Summary

To take overall responsibility for the management of the front office teams, ensuring guests are well cared for and guest expectations are exceeded. Own the Front Office P&L and budgeting, drive quality evaluation processes, identify opportunities to improve processes, manage payroll and recruitment documentation, coach and develop the team, and maintain high levels of customer service and health & safety adherence.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in front office leadership
  • Ability to manage P&L and budgeting
  • Strong guest-service orientation
  • Proficiency with hotel management systems such as Micros, Fidelio, Opera, KnowCross
  • Staff coaching and development skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures
