Job Summary
Welcome guests and deliver exceptional service throughout their stay by responding promptly to requests and setting a positive example. Empower the Guest Services team through comprehensive training, proactive coaching, and mentoring to foster repeat business and maintain high standards. Ensure meticulous upkeep of guest services equipment and storage areas while fostering strong relationships with other departments. Manage reservations and room availability using MS Suite tools and the Hotel Key PMS system. This full-time role requires nights, weekends, and holidays, with a salary of $65,000 - $70,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Ability to lift, carry, push or pull 10 lbs
- Nights, weekends and holidays required
Desired Qualifications
- Hotel and Restaurant Certification preferred
- 5-years' combined experience in guest services and supervisory experience in hotels or related professional area preferred
- Previous experience with Hotel Key PMS system a plus
- Basic mathematical skills to operate and prepare calculations for financial reporting
- Effective analytical skills to evaluate reservations and make informed decisions on room availability or guest resolutions with sound judgment
- Full understanding and comfort working on a computer with MS Suite-Outlook, Word, Excel
