Job Summary
Front Office Manager responsible for day-to-day hotel front office operations, supervising a team of associates, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance, managing guest service and financial controls, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Requires supervisory experience, strong organizational and computer skills, proficiency with property management systems (OnQ or Fosse preferred), ability to train and develop staff, and excellent guest service and communication abilities. Must be able to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects as needed, and work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Bilingual abilities may be helpful.
Required Qualifications
- Two Years experience supervising (at least) eight associates.
