Job Summary
Front Office Manager leads the front desk team to deliver exceptional guest service from arrival to departure, oversees daily front desk operations, hires/trains/coaches Guest Service Representatives and team leads, manages team schedules, supports shift coverage, ensures adherence to policies and brand standards, coordinates cross-department communication, and contributes to revenue and operational improvements as the role grows.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supervising or leading a team preferred
- Flexibility to adapt and support operational needs, including weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A passion for guest service and problem resolution
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of hotel operations, systems, and revenue concepts preferred
