Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day and long-term front office operations including guest reception, reservations, check-in/check-out, and billing to ensure high guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Lead front office staff, coordinate with housekeeping and other departments, maintain room inventory and occupancy targets, and ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to credit control procedures. Must have strong guest service orientation, leadership ability, and experience with property management systems; flexible schedule including evenings/weekends/holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of front office management experience in a hotel environment
