Job Summary
Front Office Manager sought to oversee front desk operations, supervise a team of receptionists, concierge, and bell staff, and ensure a warm, efficient guest experience. Responsibilities include leading, training, and evaluating staff; managing guest inquiries and feedback; coordinating with other departments; handling reservations and pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue; enforcing front office SOPs, maintaining accurate guest accounts and room inventory, and supporting budgeting/financial reporting. Skills include strong leadership, customer service, problem-solving, communication, proficiency with PMS and reservation software, revenue management, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment. Education bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred; 2+ years supervisory experience in front office or related leadership role desired.
