Job Summary
Lead Front Office operations across Bell Staff, Switchboard, Guest Services/Front Desk, and Retail/Gift Shop; direct and work with managers and employees to execute front office operations, optimize guest arrival/departure procedures, and drive guest satisfaction while maximizing department financial performance. Responsibilities include supervising and coaching the Front Office team, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, managing day-to-day operations, budgeting and goal setting, maintaining standards of service, and fostering an environment that delivers exceptional guest relations. hotel/Marriott experience and strong leadership and HR duties (hiring, coaching, performance management) are key components.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major; 2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
