Job Summary

Assist Front Office Manager in administering front office functions and supervising staff across Bell/Door Staff, Switchboard, and Guest Services/Front Desk. Direct and collaborate with managers to ensure efficient check-in/check-out processes, guest satisfaction, and achievement of department financial goals. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, setting goals, handling complaints, supervising staffing levels, maintaining open communication with employees, and supporting management of Front Desk teams. Lead guest service initiatives, coach and mentor staff, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures; train staff, participate in hiring and orientation, and contribute to ongoing departmental improvement. Ensure property policies are applied fairly and contribute to maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, or related professional area
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required
