Job Summary
Oversee daily Front Office operations (Front Desk, Guest Services, Concierge, Night Audit) and ensure adherence to hotel policies and standards. Manage staffing and scheduling to balance labor efficiency, maintain accurate room inventory with Housekeeping, and uphold safety and emergency procedures. Lead the Front Office team to deliver warm, anticipatory service, resolve guest concerns promptly, monitor guest feedback and implement improvement plans, and recruit/train/coach team members. Partner with the Director of Front Office on talent development and succession planning. Maintain professional appearance and service standards in a luxury hotel environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of Front Office leadership experience in an upscale or luxury hotel environment
- Strong knowledge of Front Office operations, guest relations, and service recovery
- Experience supervising and developing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
