Job Summary
Front Office Manager responsible for the management of all aspects of the hotel in accordance with property standards; directs, implements, and maintains a service and management philosophy; deputizes for hotel executive team in their absence. Key duties include supervising Front Desk agents and Duty Managers, ensuring adherence to SOPs, monitoring guest satisfaction and staff performance, coordinating with accounting and Guest Relations, managing payroll costs and front desk expenses, and driving training and morale across the Rooms Division. Requires college degree, 5 years in hotel operations including rooms and F&B, strong supervisory skills, and English proficiency. Must lead with a focus on guest service, operational efficiency, and adherence to hotel standards.
Required Qualifications
- College degree
- Five years hotel experience including rooms and food and beverage
- Computer experience
- Written, spoken, and reading proficiency in English
- Three years department head in Rooms Division
- Strong supervisory and managerial skills
