Job Summary
Effectively manage the overall operations of the Front Desk. Train, supervise, develop, schedule, discipline, and counsel Front Desk Agents in guest service, safety, and front desk procedures; ensure adherence to payroll hours and reports; conduct performance appraisals; monitor budgets, forecasts, and action plans; coordinate departmental meetings; maintain neat work area; ensure guest satisfaction and associate performance; ensure safety and audit standards compliance; require strong leadership, customer service focus, and ability to manage time and processes.
Required Qualifications
- Prior cash handling experience
- Supervisory experience preferable
- Must pass criminal background check
