Job Summary

Front Office Manager responsible for all Front Desk operations, training, directing, coaching and supervising Front Desk Associates to ensure the best possible guest satisfaction, associate morale, brand and company standards, training, and profitability. Essential duties include supervising Front Desk staff, promoting teamwork, interpreting policies and maintaining safety standards, hiring and training Front Desk Associates, monitoring brand standards, managing payroll-related items, balancing the hotel daily, conducting audits, responding to guest complaints professionally, and covering shifts as needed. Requires flexible availability, leadership, strong English communication, and proficiency with Microsoft applications.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma and some college preferred
  • Must have prior Front Desk Experience
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule which includes evenings, weekends and holidays. Open availability is required. Expect to work weekends and some holidays.
  • Must have a good command of the English language and be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
  • Must have solid computer skills to include core Microsoft applications and any additional brand specific applications as needed.
  • Must have solid math skills (sold math skills).
  • Ability to lead, train, and motivate team members.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Must possess solid relationship-building skills, be guest-centric, highly organized and reliable transportation.
