Job Summary

Oversee all Front Desk operations by training, directing, coaching and supervising Front Desk Associates to ensure the best possible guest satisfaction, Associate morale, brand and company standards, training, and profitability. Responsibilities include supervising Front Desk staff, interviewing and hiring for Front Desk Associates, orienting and training new staff, conducting ongoing training, motivating associates to achieve goals, initiating personnel actions, handling payroll-related items, balancing daily cash and inventories, responding to guest complaints professionally, and covering shifts as needed while maintaining safety and brand standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Must have prior Front Desk Experience
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma and some college preferred
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule which includes evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Open availability required for weekends and some holidays
  • Must have a good command of the English language and be able to read, write and speak English fluently
  • Must have solid computer skills to include core Microsoft applications
  • Must have sold math skills
  • Ability to lead, train, and motivate team members
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Must possess solid relationship-building skills, people focused, highly organized and guest centric
  • Prolonged periods of standing
  • Must have reliable transportation
