Job Summary
Front Office Manager responsible for overseeing front-of-house operations, recruiting and mentoring the Front Office team, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing reservations and guest accounts, monitoring budgets and revenue to meet financial objectives, and upholding OH&S standards. Requires leadership in hotel operations, ability to multi-task under pressure, strong organizational and communication skills, and flexibility to work a rotating schedule including nights and holidays. Accor employee benefits are offered. Based in Launceston, TAS, Australia with in-person work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Hotel Operations
- Leadership experience as Supervisor or Manager
- Proficiency with reservation and property management systems (PMS) a plus
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken)
- Flexible rotating schedule including nights, overnights, weekends, and public holidays
