Job Summary
Front Office III at an oral surgery practice seeks a patient-facing administrative professional with strong organizational and communication skills to greet patients, verify insurance, and manage insurance-related forms and charges. Responsibilities include verifying insurance coverage, obtaining insurance breakdowns, presenting fees, confirming demographics, attaching financial documents, creating insurance-related notes, processing claims for billers, coordinating with surgical staff for additional information, processing treatment plans and post charges, creating predeterminations and prior authorizations, and submitting documentation to insurers prior to patient visits. Requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a dental/medical office, professional language and customer-service mindset, excellent written/verbal communication, meticulous attention to detail, multitasking in a fast-paced healthcare setting, and proficient Microsoft Office skills. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift; on-site presence is essential.
