Job Summary
Front Office I responsible for patient reception, scheduling, telephone and email correspondence, patient records, insurance verification, and office coordination to ensure a five-star patient experience from check-in to check-out. duties include greeting patients, managing registrations, verifying insurance (including pre-authorizations), coordinating with surgeons and staff, maintaining confidential records, and supporting daily office operations with strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This on-site role runs Monday through Friday with an emphasis on patient service and adherence to office policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Proficiency in computer software applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to handle patient records, scheduling, and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Professional language and customer service mindset
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use discretion while working with sensitive information.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and Microsoft Office skills
