Process all guest check-ins, verifying identity, payment, and room assignment while securing payment before issuing keys. Set up accurate guest accounts, enter Marriott Rewards information, and compile daily reports. Accommodate guest requests, supply directions, and notify Loss Prevention of theft reports. Assist management in training, evaluating, and coaching employees while maintaining positive team relationships. Follow company policies, report safety incidents, and ensure adherence to quality standards using POS systems. Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
