Job Summary

Complete cashier and closing reports, manage guest check-ins by confirming reservations, verify guest identity, assign rooms and issue room keys, sell rooms without reservations based on availability, ensure rate consistency with market codes, and coordinate with outlets for proper charging. Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees; serve as a role model and first point of contact for Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy; report accidents and unsafe conditions; follow policies; maintain professional appearance; protect assets; welcome guests and address service needs; communicate clearly; develop positive relationships; stand/sit/walk for extended periods; move up to 25 pounds as needed. This role emphasizes front desk operations, guest services, room reservations, revenue integrity, and staff supervision within a hospitality environment.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience
