Job Summary

Prime Function: Ensure clean, hygienic, comfortable and hazard-free areas in the hotel to achieve guest satisfaction and profitability. Responsible for safety and security of guests and hotel property using departmental master keys. Maintain consistent cleanliness standards in assigned guest rooms, public areas, and Executive Office. Be alert, courteous, and helpful to guests and co-workers. Perform assigned duties related to cleaning and other tasks as directed. Collaborate with all hotel departments to maximize cooperation, productivity, morale, and guest service. Respond to customer queries promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and provide high-level service standards; enhance guest experience through personalized amenities and services. Qualifications include a Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management, minimum 1 year of relevant experience, strong English proficiency, and additional language abilities advantageous.

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
  • Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
