Job Summary
Front Office Executive responsible for daily front desk administration, meeting and greeting guests, handling guest queries and complaints, and booking rooms. Maintain high standard of customer service at reception, motivate and develop the Reception team, and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues, manage front office logs and shift reports, ensure smooth check-in/check-out, and support functions related to banquet/event communications. Requires experience in front office operations, proficiency with hotel management systems, strong communication and leadership skills, ability to handle cash and financial reconciliation, and flexibility to work shift-based schedules in a hospitality environment.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in hotel management or hospitality administration
- Proven experience in front office operations and guest service management within a hotel or hospitality environment
- Demonstrated experience in team supervision, leadership, and staff training
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and property management software (PMS)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and staff
- Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Flexibility and adaptability to shift-based work schedules
