Front Office Employee (Office Administrator) for a Volkswagen sales-and-service complex in Sofia region, responsible for greeting and assisting clients, handling inquiries by phone and email, routing messages, managing inbound mail and coordinating information between departments, maintaining records of correspondence in specialized software, preparing reports and analyses, and assisting with vehicle registration tasks at KAT.
