Job Summary
Partner with technology teams to leverage existing services for business partners and collaborate with traders, quants, and technologists to drive requirements. Architect high-performance full-stack solutions to tackle business problems while staying current on product features, technology, and computing trends. Participate in design and code reviews to share expertise and ensure solution quality. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create pragmatic solutions that balance tactical and strategic needs, with experience in the financial industry being a strong plus. CTC offers a competitive salary range of $150,000–$250,000 USD, an annual discretionary bonus, and a hybrid workplace model.
Required Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work individually or in a team environment
- Ability to create pragmatic solutions that balance tactical and strategic needs
- Ability to quickly triage issues and drive resolution effort through completion
- Strong knowledge in Java and/or Python
- If Java is language of strength, a baseline knowledge in Python is required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the Financial Industry (options experience) is a strong plus
