Job Summary
Front Office Coordinator to support in-office operations at Quadrant Health Group in Boca Raton, FL. The role serves as the first point of contact, manages the reception area, visitor check-ins, phone screening, and mail/courier processes. Responsibilities include coordinating travel, preparing correspondence and reports, contributing to company communications (newsletter content and distribution), coordinating internal events, managing calendars and meetings, handling office inventory and vendor relationships, administering the security badge system, and providing administrative support to executive leadership across two organizations. Requires strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills, plus the ability to maintain a professional, welcoming office environment and handle confidential information.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative, executive support, office management, or related experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
